The Mission of Elevate is to assist pastors, churches, and leaders to raise their effectiveness in accomplishing the mission they are called to.

Elevate is led by Andy Wiebe. Andy has been a pastor for over 25 years, serving in a number of churches, mostly in rural communities. One of the roles he enjoyed as a pastor was to lead churches through vision and strategic planning. He even had the privilege of leading the Carseland Community Association and Agricultural Society through vision and strategic planning.
Andy was also one of four co-founders and co-leaders of the Rural Church Pastors Network for a number of years, enjoying working with and encouraging other pastors.
